These no-bake treats combine the perfect balance of rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy Oreos. Perfect for any occasion, they’re easy to make and guaranteed to delight!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies (or similar sandwich cookies)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a Ziploc bag and rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the creamy peanut butter until evenly combined into a thick dough.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and shake off any excess.
  6. Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

  • To customize, try different coatings like white chocolate or sprinkle toppings before the chocolate sets.
  • If the dough is too sticky, chill it briefly before shaping into balls.
  • Store in the freezer for longer preservation; thaw for a few minutes before serving.
