Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a Ziploc bag and rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the creamy peanut butter until evenly combined into a thick dough.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and shake off any excess.
- Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
