Homemade-shrimp

INGREDIENTS:

°500 g raw shrimp, medium or large, peeled, deveined with or without tail (in photos I used 1 kg medium shrimp)
°4 cloves garlic, chopped
°1 pinch paprika (optional)
°Salt & pepper to taste
 °2 tablespoons good quality olive oil
°2 tsp butter
°1 L juice (2 tsp)
°1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)

PREPARATION:

Wash your shrimp in cold water and wipe, patting with paper towels.
In a frying pan, heat the oil.
Sauté the shrimp on high, 1 moment on each side until they turn pink (1.5 minutes assuming the shrimp are huge). Be careful, do not cook them for a while, otherwise they will turn out to be hard and dried.
Salt and pepper to taste partially by cooking, mix..
Remove the shrimp and place on a warm, covered plate.
Note: If your container is small, or you use a lot of shrimp, make it in clusters. Try not to fill the dish with shrimp.
Add the garlic, paprika and margarine to the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes while stirring.
Be careful not to consume garlic, its taste will prove to be rough.
Add the parsley in case, using, the lemon juice..
Return the shrimp to the skillet. Heat and stir quickly so that the shrimp absorb the sauce. Have your lunch!
Presence of pasta, rice, mashed potatoes (or crushed cauliflower), or essentially bread.
