Description

There’s nothing quite like the nostalgia of making s’mores by a crackling campfire under a starry sky. But what if you could capture that magic in a handheld, mess-free treat? Enter S’mores Crunchwraps, the ultimate fusion of childhood memories and modern convenience. Perfect for a cozy movie night, a festive holiday dessert bar, or a sweet summer snack, these S’mores Crunchwraps are your ticket to an indulgent treat that’s as easy to make as it is to devour.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 4 chocolate bars (Hershey’s or similar)
  • 2 tablespoons butter for frying
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon for coating

Instructions

  1. Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. In the center of the tortilla, layer the mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate squares.
  3. Carefully fold the tortilla by bringing the edges toward the center, enclosing the filling securely.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and melt a tablespoon of butter.
  5. Place the folded crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip the crunchwrap, adding more butter if needed, and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Optional: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Once cooked, roll the crunchwrap in the mixture for added sweetness.

Notes

  • Ensure the tortilla edges are sealed tightly to prevent filling from leaking.
  • Cook over medium-low heat to avoid burning while allowing the marshmallows and chocolate to melt evenly.
  • Customize with add-ons like peanut butter, Nutella, or caramel for extra flavor.
  • Use gluten-free tortillas and graham crackers for a gluten-free version.
