The recipe for spinach feta triangles is believed to have originated in Greece, where filo dough and feta cheese are staple ingredients in the cuisine. Filo dough is a thin and crispy pastry that is often used in Greek, Turkish, and Middle Eastern dishes. It’s made by layering thin sheets of dough, which are then brushed with oil or butter to create a flaky and crunchy texture.

Feta cheese is a tangy and salty cheese made from sheep’s milk or a combination of sheep’s and goat’s milk. It has a crumbly texture and a distinct flavor that is perfect for adding a salty kick to savory dishes.

Spinach is a nutrient-dense leafy green that is rich in vitamins A and C, iron, and calcium. It’s a great way to add some extra nutrition to your diet, and it pairs perfectly with feta cheese in this recipe.
